This week the whole of St Anne’s have had lots of fun taking part in Art Week!
This years artist that all classes have been learning about is Romero Britto. Each class have been researching the artist and creating their own pieces of artwork in the style of his work!
Sewing has been our key skill focus for Art Week, each class has been taking part in their own sewing activity. Sewing has proven to be very popular and many children have asked if we can do more sewing! Elm Class are now planning to make some purses now they have mastered the running stitch!
Here are the winners from the artist at home competition, it was so tricky choosing the winners as there were so many amazing creations in each class. Well done to everyone who created a piece of artwork linked to their cultural heritage!
